Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the CT2 and the CT6?
The CT2 has no display and no distance indicator – it is the purest form of electric trolley. The CT6 also offers a 2.8″ color display with distance indicator, ADF, and optional GPS. Just power, no GPS → CT2. A bit more info on the display → CT6.
Can I buy EBS later?
No – EBS is factory-integrated and must be selected at the time of purchase. For hilly terrain, please choose the variant with EBS.
18 or 36 hole battery?
For one round, the 18-hole standard battery is easily sufficient. If you frequently play two rounds consecutively or on larger, hillier courses: XXL battery recommended.
Do I need a subscription?
No – the CT2 has no GPS, so no ongoing costs.
Warranty in Austria?
As an authorized dealer, we handle warranty cases directly – no return shipping to the UK necessary. 2 years on trolley & frame, up to 5 years pro-rata on the lithium battery.
Will my existing bag fit?
Yes – the CT2 works with all standard golf bags. PowaKaddy Cart Bags from 2023 lock in without a lower strap thanks to MAG-LOK®, while other bags are secured by the KEY-LOCK™ system.
