Frequently Asked Questions
CT10 or CT12 – is the extra cost worth it?
The CT12 has the world's first foldable 5″ HD portrait touchscreen (720p, 1.1 GHz with GPU), while the CT10 has a 3.5″ TFT display (128 MHz). The GPS functions are comparable, but the image quality and display size on the CT12 are significantly better. Largest possible display → CT12. Very good GPS with strong value for money → CT10.
Does the CT10 always come with EBS & XL battery?
Yes – this item comes with EBS and an XL battery (36 holes, 260 Wh) as standard. There is no version without EBS.
Do I need a subscription for GPS?
No. All 40,000+ courses are pre-installed. Updates are free via the PowaKaddy App (Bluetooth).
Difference between CT10 and CT6?
The 3.5″ portrait display (CT10) is significantly larger than the 2.8″ landscape display (CT6). The CT10 also offers Full Hole View, Active Green View, Drop Flag & Directional Attack Arrow.
Warranty in Austria?
As an authorized dealer, we handle warranty claims directly – no need to send it back to the UK. 2 years on the trolley & frame, up to 5 years Pro-Rata on the lithium battery.
