Frequently asked questions
What exactly does EBS do?
Sensors automatically detect slopes and brake the motor so that your set walking pace is maintained – you do not have to walk after it or intervene. Particularly valuable on hilly terrain.
FX1 or FX3 – what is the difference?
The FX1 has no display and no EBS – it is the purest, most affordable version. The FX3 features the 2.3″ color display and the self-regulating EBS braking system. For anyone who plays hilly courses or likes to keep an eye on battery and Tempo: FX3.
FX3 or CT6 – what is the difference?
The FX3 is the classic FX Trolley with 1-Click Fold and EBS – larger, classic design. The CT6 is ultra-compact (Simple-2-Fold™, 35 % smaller than the competition) with a 2.8″ display and optional GPS. If you want to save trunk space: CT6. If you want a classic design with display and EBS: FX3.
18 or 36 holes battery?
The model in the shop is configured with an 18-hole battery. The Extended battery (36 holes) is available separately and fully compatible.
Do I need a subscription?
No – the FX3 has no GPS, so there are no ongoing costs.
Warranty in Austria?
As an authorized dealer, we handle warranty cases directly – no return shipment to the UK required.
Whether FX1, FX3 or CT series – as an authorized PowaKaddy specialist dealer in Austria, we will advise you personally. We are active golfers ourselves and know every model from our own experience.
