Frequently Asked Questions
Is an 18-hole battery sufficient?
For a normal round, yes. If you frequently play double rounds or are out on very hilly terrain: the Extended battery (36 holes) is available separately and fully compatible.
Does the FX1 have EBS?
No. EBS is not available on the FX1. For very hilly terrain, we recommend a model from the CT series with EBS.
Will my old Bag fit the FX1?
Yes – the FX1 works with all standard Bags. PowaKaddy Cart Bags (2023+) lock in even more securely thanks to MAG-LOK®, while other Bags are secured with the KEY-LOCK™ system and bungee straps.
Can I upgrade to 36 holes later?
Yes – the Extended Plug'n'Play™ battery (36 holes) is available separately and fully compatible with the FX1.
Warranty in Austria?
As an authorised dealer, we handle warranty cases directly – no return shipment to the UK required. 2 years on Trolley & charger, up to 5 years pro rata on the Lithium battery.
Whether FX1 or CT series – as an authorised PowaKaddy specialist dealer in Austria, we will advise you personally. We are active golfers ourselves and know every model from our own experience.
