Frequently asked questions
What is the range of the remote control's wireless connection?
The remote works reliably within the typical line-of-sight range on the Fairway. If the connection is lost, the Trolley stops automatically – maximum safety without “running away”.
Is the battery sufficient for 36 holes?
Yes. The XL-Plus Lithium battery (260 Wh) is specially designed for the higher consumption of a remote Trolley and lasts for up to 36 holes.
How does the STA™ Slope Traverse Assist work?
Sensors detect the lateral slope. The twin motors are controlled differently in real time so that the Trolley maintains its line – particularly valuable on heavily undulating courses.
What is the difference compared with the CT12?
The CT12 is a classic GPS electric Trolley that you push in front of you. The RX12 additionally features twin motors, wireless remote control, STA™ slope stabilisation and a larger XL-Plus battery – making it somewhat heavier (14 kg vs. 9,9 kg).
Do I need a subscription for the GPS functions?
No. All 40.000+ golf courses are pre-installed, with no subscription or annual fees. Course updates are provided free of charge via the PowaKaddy App.
Warranty in Austria?
As an authorized dealer, we handle warranty cases directly – no return shipping to the UK required. 2 years on the Trolley & frame, up to 5 years pro-rata on the lithium battery.
