Frequently asked questions
How does the CT2 differ from the CT6?
The CT2 has no display and no distance indicator – it is the purest form of the electric Trolley. The CT6 additionally offers a 2.8″ colour display with distance indicator, ADF and optional GPS. Power only instead of GPS → CT2. A little more information on the display → CT6.
Can I buy EBS later?
No – EBS is integrated at the factory and must be selected at purchase. For hilly terrain, please choose the version with EBS.
18 or 36-hole battery?
The 18-hole standard battery is easily sufficient for one round. If you frequently play two rounds in a row or play on larger, hillier courses: XXL battery recommended.
Do I need a subscription?
No – the CT2 has no GPS, so there are no ongoing costs whatsoever.
Warranty in Austria?
As an authorised dealer, we handle warranty cases directly – no return shipment to the UK required. 2 years on Trolley & frame, up to 5 years pro rata on the lithium battery.
Will my existing bag fit?
Yes – the CT2 works with all standard golf bags. PowaKaddy Cart Bags from 2023 lock into place without lower straps thanks to MAG-LOK®, while the KEY-LOCK™ system secures other bags.
Whether CT2, CT6 or CT12 – as an authorised PowaKaddy specialist dealer in Austria, we will advise you personally. We are active golfers ourselves and know every model from our own experience.
